Life may be short, but it can be as full as you want to make it!

As a 50 year old mom of 2, I can relate to those who feel that childbirth and middle age can wreak havoc on your body in many ways. After going into perimenopause in my late 30's and discovering that I was on the edge of Osteoporosis (bone thinning condition) by 40, I decided to start weight lifting. This paired with a purpose driven diet has not only helped to strengthen my bones, but it also has given me incredible age defying energy, far less joint pain than i was experiencing and a much more youthful looking body. 
I started Michelle's Body Shop in 2023 because I wanted to encourage other women (and men) to do what I have done. Reclaim your life! I'm no extraordinary athlete, just an every-day middle aged mom. If I can you it, you can do it!
