This ia a 12 month calendar that includes work out routines divided by body spots and QR codes linking you to video examples to follow for each routine. No matter when you purchase, you will recieve a 12 month workout plan and calendar!
Each month changes the routines slightly. The schedule portion includes beginner level days (3 days a week) and for those who are more advanced, you have additional training days marked 'Advanced'.
These routines are not grueling, they are very manageable. The key to success is consistancy. You've got this!

This is an 8.5 X 11 inch wall calendar.
Orders will be processed as they are received and your order will take between 1 and 2 weeks for processing, printing, and shipment.
As months pass in 2025, the calendar will be updated to give you, our amazing customer, a full 12 useful month calendar!
